Signed in pencil by the artist on the justification page and inscribed “Exemplaire No. 214”.
Published by Éditions Argillet, Paris, this work belongs to Dalí’s important series of illustrated livres d’artiste from the 1960s, in which he explored refined intaglio techniques combining heliogravure and drypoint. The compositions display the characteristic fluidity, symbolism, and graphic precision of his mature printmaking practice.
The sheets are preserved in their original blue linen portfolio case, stamped in gilt with Dalí’s signature.
