On Stage III, 1876-77. Softground etching, drypoint and roulette on yellowish wove paper. Trial proof (one of 2 printed in different manner) aside from the edition taken from the cancelled plate and published in 1918 by Ambroise Vollard. Provenance: Estate of Henri Marie Petiet who most probably got this print directly from Vollard.
