Deeply rooted in the raw expressionism of the CoBrA movement and Nordic mythology, Personnage Rouge depicts a striking red totem-like figure with a powerful, mask-like face. It dominates the scene while embracing or confronting a secondary dynamic figure in white and black tones at the bottom.
Heavy black contours, expressive graphic lines, and touches of vivid cobalt blue create a visceral sense of drama and elemental energy typical of Lindström's finest graphic works.
The lower margin bears the handwritten edition number 7/100 in silver-gray pencil on the left (directly over the dark background), and the artist's original pencil signature on the lower right, fully guaranteeing its authenticity and provenance.
